Good morning Good day! The last two weeks have been a blur. I first had terrible cramps (debilitating) that left me bedridden for most of the first week and then last week I caught a stomach flu and was out for most of the week... so my goal to lose 5 pounds was an absolute success (joking). I'm now finding myself re-organizing and trying to get back on track. I've decided that I need to make sure that my goals are categorized because otherwise I may be working towards everything and not fully achieve anything. What I say categorized, I mean I want to make it clear to myself which ones are TOP Priority (Most important and Urgent) and which ones are more for fun...so that I'm not swapping in a lower priority goal to relieve the pressure of having to focus on a higher priority goal.
